I first met Jim a few years when doing some work on the revitalization of 118 Ave. He has the mind of an analyst, the eye of a designer and the heart of communitarian. We can learn a lot from him. Glad to see the City of Edmonton using his exertise and enthusiasm.

I heard Jim in 2006 - glad he's back. Yes I am impressed with edmonton's leadership in this area. Wish other munis had the foresight and resources to move boldly forward.
Time will confirm that knowing your neighbours and building community are proactive measures that enhance crime prevention.
