Thanks for the post Mack. It is great to see that they are leading the charge in making these meetings, and the information about the agenda items, accessible to the general public.

I am constantly surprised to see the city jumping on the progression towards open, easy to use, transparent communication.

I’m glad they’ve addressed this…maybe the ETS Trip Planner is next? My Dad can’t figure out how to make it work and emails me to do it for him every time he needs to go somewhere new by bus.

Considering so many cities have online route-planning tools that are intuitive and easy to use, I don’t understand why ours is so bad.
