Think you get a lot of spam?

Bill Gates is probably the world’s most spammed person, and I am confident he gets a lot more spam than you:

Bill Gates gets 4 million emails a day according to Microsoft’s CEO Steve Ballmer. `There are two people who probably are the number one spam recipients in the world,` Ballmer said at a Microsoft event in Singapore `Bill Gates because he is Bill Gates. Bill literally receives four million pieces of e-mail per day, most of it spam.`

So you must be wondering how he deals with all that spam. Well, in addition to spam filters, he has a “whole department” dedicated to making sure he doesn’t see any of that spam. Wouldn’t that be nice?

  1. you know what would be cool? an entire department of people to deal with people you don’t want to deal with, although I guess you could say a secretary does that

but I mean, what if you saw Uncle Jimbob, and didn’t wanna talk to him, so you sent a representative? haha, that’d be so rude, but oh so leet.

  2. That would be kinda a sucky job. It is annoying spending a few minutes each day going through my mail and getting rid of the garbage, imaging have to sit down and do that for 8 hours a day? Also am embarassing thing to put on your resume… "spam checker"

  3. I am sure they have a politically correct term for it…gas bar attendent? nope…petroleum transfer technician. spam checker? nope…maybe digital waste management technician.
