Here are my weekly notes:
- Dad arrived in town today to pick up his new Pilot. Will be good to see him for a couple days!
- Sharon and I spoke at the Narratives of Citizenship conference today at the University of Alberta. Specifically, we were part of the community education roundtable.
- For all the advances with gadgets we’ve seen in recent years, batteries still pretty much suck. Now though, some researchers have come up with a flexible, see-through battery. Looks interesting!
- This morphable model of 3D faces is incredible. Watch the entire video, it’s worth it.
- Who created the “Hillary 1984” video? Arianna Huffington found out. Speaking of Hillary, I didn’t get my podcast done this week, which means I’ll have to do something special for next week!
- For all you gamers out there, looks like New Line will be producing a “Gears of War” movie.
- I bought my first Moleskine notebook on Thursday, but that’s another post for another day.

I’m very surprised you bought a Moleskine, just because I think you would be more apt to write your ideas in a Blackberry.
