The closest race tonight was in Ward 2, where Krushell defeated Don Koziak by just 539 votes. Aside from that however, I think tonight’s result is a clear vote of confidence in the direction City Council had been moving under Mandel’s leadership.
Congratulations to all the candidates who ran in this election!
Thanks for the awesome Share Edmonton live stats last night. It was fantastic. Everyone at the Don Iveson party was on their iPhones using your site.
Glad to hear it worked well for everyone Wade, thanks!
Mack, ShareEdmonton was THE place to be for live results last night.
It was great to see everyone back at the edmontonian show on their phones, iPads, and computers with your site up. Kudos to the City of Edmonton for putting out the data.
And you proved (again) what someone can do with the data if it’s available. It was functional, had great visuals, and important. Hope you’re celebrating your own election victory today.
Thanks Jeff, I’m glad it was useful for you. Great job on the live show!
